Marwood Circle P.U.D. is located near the corner of Marlow and Guerneville roads in west-central Santa Rosa (Sonoma County), California.  Built in 1992, this 26-unit townhome complex offers a pleasant, clean, and centrally located community for its residents.

Homeowners Association
Marwood Circle Homeowners Association is a non-profit benefit corporation formed for the specific purpose of management, administration, maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the residential lots and common area of our community.  Three homeowner volunteers serve on the Board of Directors:
